Terms & Conditions

Payment & Project Start

All work begins only after payment is received. Your spot in the studio queue is secured at the moment payment clears, and your project timeline begins from that point.

Refunds

All projects are non-refundable once design work has begun. This policy ensures the studio's full attention and quality focus on every active project.

Revisions

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions are billed at $25 per revision during the active design phase. After a project is closed and final files are delivered, future edits are billed at $50 per revision. A revision is any change to the design — adding or removing elements, garment changes, color, font, layout, or graphic adjustments. Excessive redesign requests may require a new custom project.

Premade Designs

Premade designs are sold as exclusive one-of-one concepts. Purchase includes name, logo, and color changes only. Garment changes, layout edits, graphic swaps, font changes, added pieces, or any structural/creative modification are treated as paid revisions or a custom redesign. The original premade remains exclusive and cannot be duplicated — clients seeking a similar direction must commission a new custom project.

Ownership & Commercial Use

Final delivered designs include commercial use rights for the client. PLS Designs retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property Disclaimer

PLS Designs does not conduct trademark searches, trademark clearance, or legal ownership verification for client designs, logos, names, phrases, or brand concepts. Clients are responsible for researching, protecting, and registering their own intellectual property through the appropriate legal channels. We recommend consulting a qualified trademark attorney or legal professional before launching, selling, or manufacturing any design or brand asset.
