What are your working hours and how does production timing work?

PLS Designs operates Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST. Clients can reach us anytime via the Client Portal, email, text, Instagram DM, or support forms — but responses outside studio hours are not guaranteed until the next business day. Production timelines and turnaround estimates are calculated using business days only: weekends and holidays are excluded from queue countdowns and estimated completion dates. Projects may still be worked on or completed outside normal hours depending on workflow and pace.

How does the process work?

Submit a project request, we review and approve it, you pay the deposit, then onboarding unlocks. From there you receive previews, request revisions, and finally receive your high-resolution deliverables in your client portal.

How long does it take?

Turnaround depends on the package — from 2 days for a single concept up to 15 days for full brand development. Your timeline officially starts the moment payment clears.

How many revisions are included?

Every package includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are $50 each during the design phase only — once production prep begins, designs lock.

What happens after payment?

Your slot in the queue activates, onboarding unlocks in your portal, and your assigned designer begins work according to the package turnaround.

Are payments refundable?

All projects are non-refundable once work begins. Commitment ensures quality focus and protects the time we reserve exclusively for your project.

Can I buy a premade design?

Yes — our Premades shop offers ready-made concepts sold to a single buyer. You can customize the sample logo or brand name with your own and receive 2 free edits.

Can I edit a premade?

Each premade includes 2 free edits. Additional edits are priced the same as custom project extra revisions. Major redesigns may require a custom quote.

What files do I receive?

Final deliverables include high-resolution print-ready files plus any tech packs, mockups, or campaign visuals listed in your package. All files are released after payment is complete.

Can I rush my order?

Priority Delivery (24-hour turnaround) is available as a $150 add-on on Mini Drop Bundle and below.

What are your business hours?

Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM. We may work outside these hours, but public and client response availability is during business hours only.

How do promo codes work?

Promo codes can be entered at checkout and apply automatic discounts to qualifying premades or packages. Codes have expiration dates, usage limits, and specific eligibility — these are shown before you confirm.

What happens if I need more edits?

Additional revisions beyond what's included in your package are $50 each during the design phase. Once production prep begins, designs lock and further changes may require a new project.

Does PLS Designs trademark my design or brand name?

PLS Designs does not provide trademark registration, trademark clearance, or legal ownership verification for client designs, logos, names, phrases, or brand concepts. Clients are responsible for researching, protecting, and registering their own intellectual property through the appropriate legal channels. We recommend consulting a qualified trademark attorney or legal professional before launching, selling, or manufacturing any design or brand asset.

One-of-One Premade Designs

Premade designs are exclusive one-of-one concepts. Only logo/name swaps and color changes are included with purchase. Structural or creative modifications are treated as paid revisions or custom redesign work.

Revision Pricing

$25 per revision · est. 3–5 business days

All revisions are $25 each across the entire site and apply to both premades and custom projects. A revision is any design change — adding/removing elements, changing graphics, fonts, repositioning artwork, garment changes, color changes beyond what's included, or altering layout.

After project closes: Once final files have been delivered and the project is closed, any future edits or revisions are billed at $50 per revision.

Excessive redesign requests may require a new custom project rather than a revision.
